Overview
You can update your email address or password at any time from your account settings.
Changing Your Password
- Log in to AegisGates
- Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner
- Go to Account Settings
- Under the Security section, click Change Password
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click Save
- Minimum 8 characters
- We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
Changing Your Email Address
- Log in to AegisGates
- Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner
- Go to Account Settings
- Under Profile, update your email address
- Click Save
- A verification email will be sent to your new address — click the link to confirm the change
Signed In with Google?
If you signed up using Sign in with Google, you do not have a separate AegisGates password. Your login is managed by Google.
To change your Google account's email or password, visit myaccount.google.com.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot log in:
- Go to the AegisGates login page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset link
